Payment​​ - Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms for special packages or custom arrangements may vary. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and/or penalties.

Booking Confirmation - All bookings are subject to confirmation by third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rentals). The travel advisor is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations made by these providers.

Cancellations & Refunds - All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers. Some bookings may be non-refundable or carry penalty fees.

Changes to Itinerary - Client-requested changes after booking may incur additional costs. The travel advisor is not responsible for changes to schedules, accommodations, or services made by third-party providers.

Travel Insurance - Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Insurance is not included in the booking unless specifically stated.

Client Responsibilities - The client is solely responsible for securing and carrying all required travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination records, etc.). The travel advisor is not liable for issues arising from missing, expired, or incorrect documentation.

Liability - The travel advisor is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage incurred during travel, including but not limited to acts of third-party providers, government actions, strikes, or natural disasters.

Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the travel agency is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant courts of that jurisdiction.

Acknowledgment - By submitting a request and/or payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
